Executive Business Development

The Executive of Business Development will be accountable for training, managing and motivating direct sales personnel to achieve aggressive sales and deals growth and the highest quality customer support to Mircod’s customers.


The Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering sales and marketing execution, leadership, encompassing strategic alliances, marketing communications, sales support, product/services and marketing for the business unit.


This position will oversee portions of the organization’s business development function, such as a development of partnership or alliance opportunities or business development for a given service, product line, or group/division.


  • Min of 12 years Operational Business Development with experience in both Commercial and Healthcare
  • Experience developing large client accounts
  • US Entrance Visa
  • Active or recent military clearance is advantage
  • Strong communication and Strategic skills
  • Must have Operational Business Development Experience
  • Well-versed in developing revenue strategies and penetrating new and established customer accounts
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, poise, common sense, and business acumen
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
