Smart Clothing

Determines the strain on the body, monitors the main environmental indicators and the employee's health status.

From sketch

Smart Clothing provides safety of an employee on the territory of industrial, mining and oil refineries. Built-in sensors measure the employee's heart rate, temperature, body position in space and other vital signs in real-time. Some of the sensors can be placed on the front side of the clothes in order to determine the coordinates of the employee's location, the concentration of gases in the air of the working area and to analyze the external conditions. When the indicators change, the operator receives a corresponding notification via a mobile application or web interface and can quickly make a decision in an extreme situation. This reduces the risk of incidents and accidents in the manufacturing area. The apparel has equally a set of heating elements that are powered by tiny battery packs. When activated by the mobile app, those elements can warm the interior of the vest, insole, sock or jacket to 122°F in six minutes.
