The Magnetic Latch is designed to transmit torque using magnets. The magnets are located close to each other in the circumferential direction on the outer cylindrical surface of the inner clutch mechanism and the inner cylindrical surface of the outer clutch mechanism, forming a combination of a multi-pole, push-pull magnetic circuit. The technological advantage of the Magnetic Latch is the absolute separation of drive and power. Ideal for transmitting torque between hazardous internal and external pressure vessels, heavy structural components, etc. The Magnetic Latch is a non-contact system, therefore it works without wear and does not require maintenance. Vibrations of the drive or the object on which the latch is installed do not affect its control and quality of adhesion.
